Graduate Assistants United
FSU Departmental Stewards
A
union steward is a union representative that serves as a link between
union members and the GAU leadership. Stewards are volunteers who
represent graduate employees, typically from their own departments,
and ensure that GA concerns are heard. Without a departmental
steward, GA voices go unheard.
